Kelsie-Kay, these are excellent weights to have at home, very comfortable to use. If you are starting out you may also want to have a 1kg set as well. Try out a full 1 litre botle of water, that weighs about 1kg.

are this ok to use as handweights? the other 'handweights' look easier to hold O.o?
