Hammy and Lumbar Gubbins

Firstly apologies for making a third post inside a month. I should really list all my questions and put them all in one thread at the end of the month lol.

 

Im still working out plenty. DOing lucy's 10 minute warmup and pierres Intermediate abs session twice daily 5 days a week and doing weights in the evening.

Im no stranger to stretching, used to run a lot in the Navy and stretching was always made a big deal out of. However i have noticed that my lower back and hamstrings are still pretty tight, which will hamper my progression onto Pierres advanced abs workout.

I havent the first clue about yoga but am more then willing to give it a try. Just want a good yoga video for an absolute beginner that will give me a reasonable workout all over but definately target my hammys and lumbar to loosen it up nicely. something that i could do once a day, after my evening session would be ideal.

Hi Matt, Try Karen Stone, Flow Yoga which is suitable for beginners and takes about 40 mins or maybe just for a stretch try Kari McCreath Free Stretch Fitness Video which is 30 mins. They're both great classes. Anna
