Bio:

Paul is a charismatic Presenter whose love of choreography has motivated him to want to create fun routines for all his participants from beginner’s right through to advanced. He furthers his own personal skill base by regularly attending Fitness Conventions so that his choreography is really fresh and new. He feels inspired when his effort and practice behind the scenes pays off and his packed classes are all performing one of his routines in sync.

 

As a Personal Trainer Paul is a dedicated professional who achieves success getting his clients to their goals. His business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and Paul works from the premise that “a healthy body equals a healthy mind”.

 

Paul’s Tips:

 

Eat well – a good healthy nutritious diet
Sleep well – a good 8 hours sleep is the best way to rejuvenate the body
Exercise regularly – 3-4 hours exercise a week will help you maintain a good level of fitness

For you fitness fanatics Paul id back!!! Paul's online step classes are proving to be extremely popular. If you do not have a step yet them shame on you, whizz off to our shop and purchase one quick as this type of choreography waits for no one.

 

Paul is a delight to work with and always cheers us up no end when he comes into the ThinQ Fitness Studio, so double tie your shoe laces, turn up the volume and enjoy a classic step routine.

 

This type of workout increases your fitness levels overall and is a great way to tone up thighs and bottoms. Good all round exercise.

 

Equipment:

 

To enjoy this class you will need a step and a couple of risers, all available from the shop.

Paul - great choreography and I would love to be able to do it all. I do really well with the parts that you break down in each section, but I lose it when you turn your back to us. It would be helpful to break down those sections more or at least give more descriptive cues as to where right and left feet go, which way to turn, etc. The last half of the session, I just did my own cardio on the step and joined back for the cool down. I may try it again when I have more time to pause and rewind.
