Bio:

Omei is one of our Presenters who works full time and manages to teach incredible classes through her sheer passion and dedication to sport and fitness. It hasn’t always been like this and Omei, like many people didn’t exercise for a long time, coming back to sport after a 15 year gap. But within a couple of years she was running in the London Marathon at sub four hours and from there has gone from strength to strength training as a triathlon competitor. Her main passion at present is for karate, she hopes to get her black belt this Dec 2008, but she still has time to enjoy boxing, circuits, spinning and Personal Training.

 

Her classes represent her energy and commitment to helping others get fitter.

 

“Quite simply I aim to teach in a way that I would like to be taught. I try to build confidence in the people I work with, I try to motivate and provide an interesting and fun workout. The challenge in a fitness class is to provide an appropriate work out for everybody in that class, whatever their fitness level.  I want everyone in my classes to get the most they possibly can from me, I strive for this all the time.”

 

Omei teaches classes in and around West London and is a popular and well respected teacher.


“Being fit makes me feel good about myself, it’s good to know my body is working at it’s best and I hope to pass my enthusiasm to the people I work with. I get so much enjoyment out of the exercise I do. Not only do I get the physical benefits I also get to meet so many people. Taking part in any physical activity opens many doors. It’s great when I can share my own enthusiasm for health and fitness with others.”      

 

Omei’s Tips:

Everyone has to start somewhere – don’t be put off by the super fit!
Start with small changes – make realistic goals!
Half the battle is getting organised – diarise your exercise plan!

Description

Omei brings you an exciting Bike Fit fitness workout video, full of passion and drive she will have you peddling and working at close to max heart rate for a sustained duration. This is an intermediate fitness routine which will challenge you and make you sweat!

brilliant workout, i recently found michelle odea "spin for slim" which is brilliant but i did it everyday for 2wks ! the last few days i found that as i knew what was coming next i wasnt really pushing myself, so i thought id try a new session, and boy it was amazing! i think its that she breaks up the songs into intervals so its not just one song running into the other which can get boring and encourages the rider to be lazy.. (well me anyway) but during this session it changes so much and quickly that you havent got time to wonder to yourself "whens this going to end? you just put your head down and push and before you realise its over your sweaty and feeling great. THANKS X P.S. as iv said before i love this site its brilliant i recommend it to all my friends everyone should know about it !!!!

O mei God...you're sessions are the best. I've done all sessions on thinqfitness and I've done all other free ones I could find on the web. It's your constant and clear instructions, the level and the music that make the difference. When are we getting more of these? Thx for the sweat. Jef

great workout, I have had a bike for ages and now my PC is linked to my TV I have pulled my bike into the living room infron of the tv and am able to really do these workout and boy do I sweat. I have had to put a mat under the bike as my girlfriend is upset enough about the bike, let alone the sweat. God, fitness is messy work, but I am so really grateful because there is nothing out there like this and this is what its all about. brilliant. Gerald
