Anna is a freelance Personal Trainer and renowned Pilates Instructor working in the London area who brings a wealth of expertise of fitness instruction to Thinq Fitness! We are particularly pleased to have Anna as part of our team because of her varied knowledge and vast experience working with a huge cross-section of individuals, each with their own particular challenges and requirements.

 

Her personal credentials include working with several high-profile sporting professionals, from members of the England Rugby squad to Olympic medallists as well as competitive Triathletes and Golf and Tennis Pro’s. Her greatest passion, however, is to pass on her love and enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle to as many people as possible, regardless of their age, ability or sporting prowess.

 

This has led Anna to work with everyone from new Mum’s (she is the co-author of “Pilates for the new Mum”) to training kids and bringing a new and healthier lifestyle to those who have not exercised for longer than they care to admit!

 

Anna has many years of experience as a leading Personal Trainer and her physique is proof indeed that she puts into practice many of the programmes, hints and tips that you will find in her routines and Blogs. Anna has always had a passion for sport & fitness, competing as a schoolgirl in both swimming and ballroom dancing, long before one of the two was as popular as it is today!

Hi Samia, Well done on your weight loss and fitness gain, great news. For a change I'd recommend trying Kari McCreath Hot Beach Body, Michelle O'Dea Ultimate Body Workout (for toning) and Sphinx Paterson Total Body Workout. I hope you enjoy them!

Hi Anna. Thanks so much for this workout. It has genuinely changed my legs from wobbly to toned and my arms look great too plus I feel really strong and confident after doing it. Together with a bit of jogging (and giving up cakes - sob) this has helped me shed 2stone and get my body back to how it was before having 2 babies! Only thing is now I have been doing it for 4 months I need a change as the music is getting on my nerves. Can you recommend another video that I might like that is a similar level?

Thank you Manuela I'm glad you enjoyed the class. If you find the squats too much for your knees try marching on the spot or step touch while doing the arm exercises instead.

Great workout! I had never done toning exercises because I thought they were boring. But that was really fun and made me sweat much more than I expected. Unfortunately I couldn't do all the squats properly because my knees got sore after a while (the reason must be my overwheight). I like your demeanour and your way of presenting. It's very clear. Thanks a lot.

This is a great full-body workout. It works all the muscles nicely and makes you sweat. I do this class about once a week, and I'm getting great results. This is one of my favorite workouts on Thinq Fitness!

That was a lot more challenging than I first expected it would be, But I stuck with it and surprisingly got quite a bit of cardio in the toning exercises - worked up a great sweat. Thanks!
