Bio:

I am a Group Exercise Co-ordinator/PT Group Exercise Teacher and have been in the industry for 15 years.  I have a huge amount of motivation, experience and knowledge.  I am very passionate and my teaching and love to help and inspire people to reach their fitness goals.

I come from a swimming background  but participated in athletics, gymnastics and netball in my youth.  Sport has always been a way of life for me.  The birth of my twins proved to me that you can, using determination and willpower, achieve the body you want with exercise and a healthy lifestyle.


I believe it’s important to find the right balance in your life, between  work and leisure, and to do things that  make you feel alive and improve your sense of self worth.
