Bio:

Kari is a multi-talented and thorough Presenter. She was trained by top professionals in the industry while living in Canada.  We are delighted she now lives in the UK and shares some of her extensive knowledge with our members through her 14 years of experience.
 
Kari works full-time alongside her fitness classes, showing us how a passion can be taken to another level.  She believes that fitness adds years to your life and life to your years.

Kari teaches a variety of classes outside of the Spinning program including Boot Camp, Body Conditioning, Aqua Fit, Reformer Pilates & Athletic Yoga.  She is an avid off-piste downhill skier, sprint distance Triathlete & tennis player.


Kari’s Tips:

 

  • Drink lots of water.
  • Keep a positive outlook on life.
  • Do whatever you can to continually improve your quality of life (drink less, get more sleep, eat well, exercise more etc).

Description

Get ready for the slopes and make sure you’re fit enough to make it out for the après ski  as well.  Kari shows us some great exercises for skiing fitness with this lower body workout.

Reebok Gym Ball or a Fitness-Mad Swiss Ball

Resistance Tube

 

You'll also need a towel, a broom or bar and a medicine ball or something equivalent that provides some weight to push above your head.
