He is truly inspiring and refreshing as his outlook rejects allot of modern concerns and instead focuses on realising truth and happiness from with in. He carries these true philosophies through into his yoga teachings and his humble, pleasant manner helps create a comforting and soothing ambience.

This is a great display, and I don't know about anyone else, but 22 mins doing this was enough to feel like I had really worked out. I visibly improved my flexibility towards the second half, and that is very pleasing. The pace was about right, but that's not to say it wasn't challenging. I'm not usually one for going to yoga classes but this has encouraged me to do more of this at home, to compliment the more aerobic type classes I do in the gym. What fantastic upper back flexibility you have. I'll see if I can get good enough to do a longer session.. Excellent yoga video, thanks.

Hello. I'm in a little bit rushed today which I dont enjoy feeling so in between working at home I found the Hatha Yoga Demo and thought 'I have 22 minutes to spare,I feel a little stressed so I will give it a go'. I did it just now and I feel much more relaxed, limber, very limber and rejuvinated. I was surprised I could do the harder levels and it was very challenging but I did my best. This workout is one which will have to be practiced to get to know the routine. The only negative I have to say is that the teacher did not fully explain the moves as they were being done so I had to keep looking at the screen and if I had not of done Yoga before I would have found it exremely difficult. None the less I now feel great in my body and more equipped to get on with my day so thank you. I just also want to say that I am really happy with your site and what you offer.I cant remember how I found you guys but I'm glad I did and I will be passing on your web details to all my friends! Keep up with the good work! All the best,Peace, joy and happiness,Caroline!
