This is one of my favourite step classes and I have done it so many times now that I know the routine and can go right through it just simply enjoying the class. 10/10....I'm going to give his Intermidiate class a go one of these days,I'm just not familiar with twists and turns so it worries me a little. I will try a beginner choreography class with spins first before Paul's Int I think. Regardless, this is a great beginner step class 5* x

Hi Helena, will pass this feedback on to Paul, there is allot of interest in hard working no low choreography step, so we will filter that through to our bookings........thank you again....Lucy

This workout I love. The first time I done a step class ever was in the Intro Fit Step just a few weeks ago. For me this is a very challenging workout and really pushes me. Its good to read the comment about this class being like an advanced class and to be honest it never felt like a begginers class to me in the first place and I always felt it shoud be in the Intermidiate bracket, so it always felt way much more advanced but that makes me feel good that I can and am able to workout at a much higher level so that part of it is all good ; ). It would be great for Paul to do another step workout like this and add on a follow up!

Fabulous Paul - I am an experienced stepper but what I really like is the straightforward choreography as I got a good workout by not having to concentrate on lots of swirling and turns etc. I actually did it twice through and would say it was as good as any advanced class! Ideally it would be great if you could do a longer class with straightforward choreography so it is intense without being complicated. First rate!

Hi caroline remember to keep your pulse within the safe range. We have an article in the blog section under fat burning from Jamie Lea which explains this a bit. However, I think the perceived rate of exertion is a good tool, which means if someone asked you "on a level between 1 and 10 how hard are you working right now?", then you want to answer around 7. Hope this helps and keep up the good work. Lucy

I really like this step workout. I've come back a few times to do it now and I am dead set on conquering this workouts choreography and moves until I get it right-I'm not giving up "I will prevail" = ) none the less its a great workout and it gets my pulse to a high level which I want and on the whole I enjoy it.
