Bio:

Kari is a multi-talented and thorough Presenter. She was trained by top professionals in the industry while living in Canada.  We are delighted she now lives in the UK and shares some of her extensive knowledge with our members through her 14 years of experience.
 
Kari works full-time alongside her fitness classes, showing us how a passion can be taken to another level.  She believes that fitness adds years to your life and life to your years.

Kari teaches a variety of classes outside of the Spinning program including Boot Camp, Body Conditioning, Aqua Fit, Reformer Pilates & Athletic Yoga.  She is an avid off-piste downhill skier, sprint distance Triathlete & tennis player.


Kari’s Tips:

 

  • Drink lots of water.
  • Keep a positive outlook on life.
  • Do whatever you can to continually improve your quality of life (drink less, get more sleep, eat well, exercise more etc).

Description

Kari is such a clear and precise trainer, her careful teaching style in this online fitness video makes her an ideal choice for the beginner or person new to workout sessions, however, Kari is so multi-skilled she will give you enough options to make this exercise video suitable for the participant with an intermediate fitness level as well.

 

Equipment:

 

For this class a mat, some hand weights and a bar (or broom-handle) would be good.

Yes you will notice a difference for sure. Why not try some other sessions too and maybe one other which is a bit more cardio? LC FD
